Margaret: Our Retail Locations do not have the ability to ship items. At this late hour, I have no way of getting a hold of the store.
Margaret: May I suggest contacting the store directly in the morning, explaining you are on your way to pick up the Fatwood Crate?
Joshua: Give me the crate!
Margaret: I sure wish we had it in stock to simplify things on your end.
Joshua: I need it for my parents :(
Margaret: Is there anything else I may assist you with?
Joshua: I'm so sad now.
Margaret: If they happened to live in Maine, I would be more than happy to help deliver it to them.
Joshua: Thank you Meg, I'll just call the store in the morning and see what can happen.
Margaret: Do you have to have the Fatwood in the box???

Margaret: The GIFT Crate?
Joshua: Yes, in the crate.
Margaret: We do have boxes of fatwood, although they tend to be a bit larger.
Joshua: The GIFT Crate is the most important part. They have their own wood.
Margaret: I am sorry about that...guess a cardboard box, labeled L.L.Bean isn't quite the same.
Margaret: I will certainly keep my fingers crossed for you.
Joshua: They've wanted the crate for many years, I'm so angry at myself for being lazy and not buying it sooner.
Joshua: I'm a bad daughter.
Margaret: And please, I would stress that you contact the Marlton Store first thing in the morning.
Joshua: Ok, Meg. Early morning for me, I'll call Marlton, NJ and beg them for the crate. I'll just have to wait until my husband gets home from work to go there because we only have one crappy car.
Margaret: I am confident the store will do their best to help you! I would just make sure you touch base with them.
