When you think about it, Eggs Benedict is wholly disgusting, because it is fatty meat topped with an egg yolk and slathered in a thick, sloppy sauce made of egg yolk (again) and butter.
When you don’t think about it, Eggs Benedict is FUCKING DELICIOUS.
